Organizational Consulting
A Collaborative, Grounded Approach
As an experienced consultant, Dr. Ingram partners with organizational leaders and HR teams to integrate inclusive, equitable practices and evaluate program effectiveness. She brings a systems lens to cultural change — identifying structural barriers, building buy-in across all levels, and designing strategies that are both bold and sustainable.
Her consulting methodology goes beyond compliance and checkbox training. She builds the internal capacity of teams to sustain inclusion independently — developing leaders, shifting cultures, and measuring impact over time.
